Simple guide on how to use the Shopee Live feature on your phone

Shopee Live is a free livestreaming feature available on the Shopee e-commerce platform, allowing sellers to interact directly with buyers, making it easier to provide advice and quickly close sales.

The operation of Shopee Livestream is quite simple: sellers broadcast live video on the Shopee app in real-time and connect it to their product sales page. This enables sellers to easily advise customers interested in their products and finalize orders directly during the livestream.

Step 1: Access the livestream feature

Log in to your store account on the Shopee app. Go to the "Me" section, select the Shopee “Livestream” feature, and then tap on “Creat Stream".

Step 2: Set up your livestream video

You need to complete all the basic information for the livestream, including:

• Livestream Title: Write in uppercase letters, with a maximum length of 60 characters.

  
  

• Cover Image: Choose a simple, clear image that reflects the main content of the livestream and is relevant to your brand.

  
  

• Product Description: Provide the essential information about the livestream or any promotional offers, if applicable.

Step 3: Select products to sell during the livestream

Add all the products you want to sell live to your cart (with a maximum quantity of 500) by using the "Add to Cart" option. You can also include related products and options from the three sections: "Favorites," "My Shop," and "Recently”.

Step 4: Remove or rearrange the display order of products before going live

Before the livestream, you should carefully review the list of all products. You can prioritize the display order or remove any irrelevant or out-of-stock items. After that, select "Next" to proceed to the livestream screen.

Step 5: Check the camera angle, phone, and notify your followers

Before the livestream begins, review the camera angle to ensure it’s well-lit, the audio is clear, and the background is appropriate. Additionally, don’t forget to send a notification about the upcoming livestream to your followers a few minutes in advance.

Step 6: Start the livestream

Conduct the livestream according to the script you’ve prepared and close sales.
